Privacy Policy
The short version: the site collects very little directly, optional Google analytics stay off until you accept them, and the contact form needs a few outside services to deliver a message.

Who Runs This Site
ADHD Superpower is an independent, personal project — not a company with a legal department, just one person (see About Me) based in Finland. For anything in this policy, from a question to a formal data request, the fastest route is the Contact form on the homepage — that's the same inbox either way.
What We Collect — The Contact Form
If you use the Contact form, the form asks for your name (optional), email address (required), and message (required). The site does not offer user accounts or public profiles.
The information is used to receive and respond to your message. It is not submitted through the contact form for an email newsletter or an advertising profile.
How Your Message Gets to Us
The contact form is sent through a Cloudflare Worker and delivered by email using Resend. Cloudflare and Resend may process the form information and technical request data needed to provide those services, subject to their own terms and privacy information.
Cloudflare Turnstile supports contact-form security and may initialize on the homepage. Turnstile can process browser, device, and network information needed for its security checks. It is treated as Necessary and is not switched on or off by the Analytics choice.
Analytics & Advertising
Google analytics are optional. The site does not load Google Tag Manager (GTM-PT38RKM9) or start Google Analytics 4 (G-21FR4X5C3D) until you accept Analytics. Rejecting Analytics leaves the site available without those Google tags. The footer's Cookie settings control lets you change the choice later.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is present separately from GA4 and is not loaded through GTM. Cloudflare describes that service as privacy-focused and cookie-free; Cloudflare's own documentation and policies govern its processing.
Google AdSense is not active. Advertising-related Google consent remains denied, and accepting Analytics does not accept Advertising. Adding AdSense later will require a separate implementation and policy review.

How Long We Keep Things
Messages delivered to the site's email inbox may be retained as needed to reply and manage the conversation. This policy does not state an exact Cloudflare Worker, Turnstile, Resend, or GA4 retention period where that period has not been verified from the relevant configuration. Those providers' own retention practices and policies may also apply.
Where Your Data Goes
Cloudflare, Resend, and Google provide global services, so processing may occur outside Finland or the European Economic Area. The applicable provider terms, privacy information, and transfer arrangements govern that processing; this policy does not make a categorical claim about a safeguard that has not been checked for the specific service configuration.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA (or anywhere with similar protections), you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, or object to how it's used. Reach out through the Contact form and we'll sort it out. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Finland, that's the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
Children's Privacy
This site is not intended for children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the contact form, please use the contact form to request that it be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.
Changes to This Policy
If a material processing activity, provider, or consent category changes, this page and its “Last updated” date will be reviewed. AdSense will not be added without a separate consent and policy review.
