🎯 Dopamine Pop

Fifteen seconds. Glowing targets. One short break with an actual ending.

Before You Start

Press Start, then click or tap each glowing target until the timer reaches zero.

This is a game—not a treatment, productivity method, or test of attention. Play once, stop easily, and return to whatever was waiting before the glowing dots made a surprisingly persuasive case for themselves.

Score: Time left: seconds

Click or tap a glowing target. Keyboard: focus the game area and press Space or Enter.

Break complete. Whatever you were doing before this has had a moment to miss you.

How to Use This

Use Dopamine Pop when you want a brief, defined break. Play until the timer ends, then choose one next step: return to the task, take a different kind of break, or stop for now.

If you arrived between two tasks and are now developing a personal rivalry with your previous score, the break is attempting to become the afternoon. That is a good moment to use the exit link.

Why 15 Seconds?

Fifteen seconds creates a clear boundary. Some people may find a brief shift in activity refreshing; others may simply enjoy the game. No biological promise is being made.

Dopamine Pop does not measure attention, treat ADHD, boost dopamine, or guarantee motivation. It is a short game with a visible finish line.
